For more than 14 years, Nicole Woodson has built her real estate career around one core belief: exceptional client experiences begin with exceptional leadership.
As the Owner and Team Leader of Your H.O.M.E. Team, Nicole’s primary focus is leading, developing, and supporting a team of real estate professionals who are committed to serving their clients at the highest level. Through coaching, training, strategic guidance, and hands-on support, she equips her agents with the knowledge, systems, resources, and confidence they need to guide buyers and sellers through some of life’s biggest decisions.
Nicole is a REALTOR® and Broker Associate with more than 14 years of real estate experience and has spent over eight years coaching and training real estate professionals. Her background in engineering and project management brings a strategic, analytical approach to both leadership and real estate. She believes great leadership is not about being at the center of every transaction—it is about building capable professionals, creating strong systems, and providing the support necessary for others to succeed.
Since relocating to the Oklahoma City metro in 2006, Nicole has developed a deep understanding of the communities, neighborhoods, and market dynamics that make Central Oklahoma such a special place to call home. That local expertise is shared throughout Your H.O.M.E. Team, helping ensure clients receive knowledgeable, thoughtful guidance throughout their real estate journey.
As the spouse of a military veteran, Nicole also understands the unique challenges that can come with relocation and moving a family from one community to another. She and her husband ultimately chose Edmond, Oklahoma, to put down roots and raise their three sons.
Today, Nicole’s greatest passion is building people and businesses. Whether she is developing an agent, teaching a class, analyzing the market, or helping her team navigate a complex transaction, her goal remains the same: create an environment where agents can thrive and their clients can feel confident, informed, and exceptionally well cared for.
