Our previous realtor wasn’t currently showing houses. I asked if she could hook us up with the best realtor on her team. I didn’t really expect the best, but Nicole Woodson was indeed amazing! She was so helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way. Nicole was patient and very easy to work with. She also had a good eye for spotting structural issues and concerns with houses we looked at. We could tell she had our best interests at heart and was never pushy. We’re going to miss seeing her. "Nicole was absolutely amazing!"
We literally called her one evening telling her we wanted to sell our other home, and she was there the next day taking pictures, and the day after that she already had showings lined up. She made the process extremely smooth and pretty much effortless on our part. She was a pleasure to work with and was always available by phone or text if we had questions… even when my husband was out of the country during the process. We will DEFINITELY use her again!
